Reiki is an ancient healing art which channels universal life energy. It strenghthens body and soul, opens blocks, balances the chakras, rebuilds harmony, and promotes self-healing. 

Reiki is beneficial to everyone. It works on an energetic level and can be used to help bring about balance in almost any situation, be it emotional, mental, physical or spiritual. 

The most basic treatment consist of a form of "laying on of hands" and channelling the Reiki energy for the client. The client usually feels an incredible sense of calm as the treatment is being given. Many times an increase or decrease in body temperature is felt as blockages are being cleared. 

There is much information on the internet regarding Reiki if you care to explore it further; however, it has been my experience that it must be experienced. 

Reiki is wonderful in situations of great crisis to calm and soothe the emotions, it can also be very helpful for physical ailments. Reiki can also be used to clear old emotions and energy when you are ready to make a change in your life. 

As there's no time or space in spirit, Reiki is equally succesful in person or at a distance.
